How can I obtain a replacement postcard summons?

If you lost, misplaced, or cannot find your summons, Jury services staff can provide reporting instructions and mail a replacement summons or you may walk into the court to have one provided to you. Please call [phone] from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
