How do I complete the Juror Affidavit?

The Juror Affidavit is located online through Juror Portal. You can scan the QR code on your postcard summons or visit www.sdcourt.ca.gov/service. You must then login with your juror badge number and zip code. From the Dashboard page, you will click the section Juror Affidavit.
