If you were previously given attendance for jury duty, you can go online through Juror Portal and click the Service Certificate section to download or view your certificate of service. If you have a future report date and the location is for a Monday-Thursday at the Central Courthouse, you can walk-in and see jury service staff to request a Jury Services Attendance Certification.
